The pieces are set with natural and semi precious stones and slight variations in shape, size, colour and texture from piece to piece are part of the beauty and uniqueness of the elements and are not considered as defects.

Since all our pieces are handcrafted by artisans, we have a strict NO Return or Refund Policy However incase a piece reaches you damaged in transit, please send an email to bblinggbymeghana@gmail.com with your order number and image of the piece within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will get in touch with you.

To facilitate an Exchange, Please send an email to bblinggbymeghana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Jewellery exchange is possible ONLY for another design or a Credit Note with a 6 month validity. No cash refunds.
